Psalm 23 is one of the most well-known, quoted Psalms, especially by those who need reassurance in the midst of a storm. The promised green meadow and still waters creates a desire for those stuck in a rut. The strength, however, lies in the first few words when we declare that the Lord is our shepherd. The question we have to ask ourselves then, is are we allowing ourselves to be led?
